Boom has appointed Jennifer Kye as a Non-Executive Director. The appointment strengthens the company’s governance as it expands across wallets, payments, agentic AI commerce, and the financial infrastructure around them.
Jennifer will contribute to strategic priorities, board oversight, and decisions on trust, execution, institutional readiness, risk, and long-term value creation.
Jennifer brings a marketing and community lens to Boom’s move from product to platform and network. Her career spans Apple, Viacom, and Mysten Labs/Sui Foundation, with experience across global marketing, technology, digital communities, and brand development. She is an alumna of the University of Chicago.
Boom is building for cross-border use across saving, spending, sending, and selling; the next phase requires both execution and oversight.
The appointment adds independent experience to the team guiding Boom’s next stage.
